On behalf of the company FOSECO ČESKÁ s.r.o. based at Příkazy no. 214, post code 783 33, Czech Republic, company registration number: 258 96 393 and the company VESUVIUS SLAVIA a.s. , based at Ostrava-Kunčice, Lešetínská 47, post code 719 00, Czech Republic, company registration number: 410 35 836, we would like to inform you that as per 1 November 2009 the companies merge into one company, whereby FOSECO ČESKÁ s.r.o. is a terminating company and VESUVIUS SLAVIA a.s. is a succeeding company, sst. pursuant to Section 60 of Act No. 125/2008 Coll., providing for reorganizations of companies and associations, as amended.    
 
On the basis of the above mentioned the succeeding company VESUVIUS SLAVIA a.s. becomes a universal legal successor of the terminating company FOSECO ČESKÁ s.r.o., whereas as per 1 November 2009 all corporate assets, rights and duties of the company FOSECO ČESKÁ s.r.o. devolve upon the succeeding company; as per the same date FOSECO ČESKÁ s.r.o. ceases to exist and is deleted from the Commercial Register.  
 
On the basis of the above mentioned facts we inform you that provided that the company FOSECO ČESKÁ s.r.o. has been in any (contractual) relation with you/your company , all rights and duties of the company shall be assumed by VESUVIUS SLAVIA a.s. as from 1 November 2009, whereas for your full comfort in connection with the implemented changes we notify you of all data that may be important for you within the commercial relation (please, state the under mentioned data, as per the given date, in all your orders, contracts, corporate documents, accounting documents etc.):
